To develop and deliver the finished product in the way that it was intended, to stay on target, to build according to the documents, and to maintain a high level of quality standards. Selection of the right subcontractor for each job is crucial. Project location, budget, and timeline drive the process. HDG’s experienced team works hard behind the scenes to make sure that you are working with people you can trust.

Through an extensive data base we are able to solicit bids from numerous subcontractors. Our goal remains the best, lowest price.

The HDG management team has the ability to flex to the needs of each job. From the Project Manager to the Site Superintendent, we have quality people who are there to make sure the project stays on track, on time and on budget. Frequent visits by our Project Manager to every site make certain that our standards of quality are met and/or exceed those of our clients. We issue a weekly slideshow from each site along with the next week look ahead to ensure that there are no surprises as to our progress.

The ability to execute the construction documents is as important as the documents themselves. HDG has the construction procedures in place to ensure that your job runs smoothly. We employ only the most experienced superintendents on the planet.

Our onsite people have both the skills and the technology to communicate all onsite issues during the construction process. Laptops and smart phones are standard equipment that keeps you fully informed.

We have an organized system to communicate any issues that arise from the job site. Our Project Manager completes the circle of communication by filtering all paper work going in or out of each site. Each job is different with new challenges, but the mission does not vary in construction.
